This is an entry level position who shall be assigned in various branches/departments/sub-provincial offices/provincial offices of the Bank upon successful completion of the training/Induction period.
Selected candidates shall be placed in their selected locations provided at the time of application and
upon business need of the Bank, candidates can be placed anywhere in branches/departments/
sub-provincial offices/ provincial offices all over Nepal.
Eligibility Criteria:
Master's degree in any discipline but preferably Business/Finance/Management/Accountancy fro a recognized university with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 at all levels form SLC (or equivlent) onwards and age not below 18 years and age not exceeding 30 years as of Feb 24, 2021.

This postion requires fresh post graduate students from reputed Universities and Colleges. Management Trainees Shall undergo compreshensive on-the-job and formal training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up managerial position upon successful completion of the training period.
