Minimum Qualification and Requirement:
Junior Officer Level (Head Office/Outside Valley Branches):
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or minimum 2.5 CGPA in the field of Commerce, Management, Economics, Finance, Rural Development, Sociology and Develpoment Studies with at least 2 years of work experience in microfinance activities of BFIs/NGOs/INGOs and age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.
Senior Officer Level (Inside Valley/Outside Valley Branches):
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 45% marks or minimum 2 CGPA in the field of Commerce, Management, Economics, Finance, Rural Development, Sociology and Develpoment Studies with at least 1.5 years of work experience in microfinance activities of BFIs/NGOs/INGOs and age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.
Assistant Level (Outside Valley Branches):
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 45% marks or minimum 2 CGPA in the field of Commerce, Management, Economics, Finance, Rural Development, Sociology and Develpoment Studies with at least 1 year of work experience in microfinance activities of BFIs/NGOs/INGOs and age not exceeding 26 years as on application deadline.
Candidate applying for above mention job position should be presently working at the same level or at least one level below the applied position for at least one year.
