The company was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act of Nepal on 9 January 1995 and officially commenced its brokerage operations on 15 March 1995 after obtaining the required licenses from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
TSNIL was assigned Broker License No. 29 by the Securities Board of Nepal and is proud to be among the first 32 licensed stock brokers authorized to conduct securities trading in Nepal.
