The company was originally incorporated as Annapurna Securities Pvt. Ltd. under the Companies Act of Nepal and registered with the Office of the Company Registrar. Following a change in ownership, the company was renamed Thrive Brokerage House Pvt. Ltd. on 2nd Shrawan 2067 B.S. (18 July 2010 A.D.).

Licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Thrive Brokerage is a member of the Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. (NEPSE) and a Clearing Member of CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC). Operating as Stock Broker Member No. 13, the company has built a long-standing reputation for providing reliable, transparent, and professional brokerage services to investors across Nepal.
