Nepal Investment and Securities Trading Private Limited (NIST19) is one of Nepal's long-established stock brokerage companies. Founded in 1995 and commencing operations in 1997, the company is licensed as Stock Broker No. 19 of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and operates under the regulatory oversight of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).

Our Story
NIST19 was established with the vision of contributing to the growth and development of Nepal's capital market. The company's founder, Mr. Umesh Regmi, brought valuable industry knowledge, including professional training at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), which helped lay the foundation for the company's long-term development and commitment to professional brokerage services.
