Chhito Paisa Pvt. Ltd. (also spelled Chitto Paisa) is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) licensed and regulated by the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) under License No. 239147/077/078. The company has been operating since 29 July 2020, delivering secure, convenient, and accessible digital payment services to individuals, businesses, and merchants across Nepal.
Headquartered at Balbhadra Marga, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Chhito Paisa is committed to making digital finance simple and accessible. The company provides a range of payment solutions designed to support Nepal's growing digital economy while maintaining compliance with the regulatory standards established by Nepal Rastra Bank.
In April 2026, Chhito Paisa completed a strategic merger with City Wallet Pvt. Ltd. (CityPay), creating an expanded digital wallet platform that offers a broader range of payment services throughout Nepal. This integration strengthened the platform by connecting users and merchants to CityPay's merchant network and enabling seamless digital transactions, including payments for ride-sharing services such as Pathao, as well as transactions through PhonePe, NepalPay, and Smart QR.
