The company was incorporated on December 2, 2012, with Company Registration No. 604231767, and is registered with Nepal's Inland Revenue Department (IRD) under PAN No. 604231767 (registered on 2072/12/19 B.S.).
Licensed and regulated by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Aakash Capital Limited received its Merchant Banker License on 2074/09/26 B.S. The company's registered office is located on the 4th Floor, Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu, Nepal, providing professional merchant banking and investment-related financial services to individuals and institutional clients.
In line with Nepal's evolving capital market, Aakash Capital Limited received SEBON's approval to participate in the book-building process on 2077/09/23 B.S., enabling the company to support modern capital-raising mechanisms within the country's securities market.
The company's primary business is Portfolio Management Services (PMS), offering professional investment management solutions designed to help clients manage and grow their investment portfolios. To further strengthen its service portfolio, Aakash Capital Limited obtained a Depository Participant (DP) License on 2079/08/12 B.S. This license enables the company to provide depository services following the necessary operational approvals from CDS & Clearing Limited (CDSC).
