Kathmandu, 1st August l Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. (NSBL) has recently made a significant financial contribution to the Kalika Bhagwati Temple in Baglung as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This donation is aimed at enhancing facilities for devotees and visitors. The contribution was formally presented by Mr. Dipak Kumar De, Managing Director & CEO of NSBL, to Mr. Kumar Khadka, Chairman of the Kalika Bhagwati Guthi Management Committee. The event was also attended by Mr. Rajesh Kumar Panda, Deputy CEO & Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Yadvender Kant, Chief Operating Officer; Mr. Ritesh Aryal, Chief Business Development Officer; and other senior bank officials, alongside members of the temple management committee. This initiative is part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to support cultural and heritage preservation at the community level.
In addition, NSBL has recently relocated its Baglung Branch from Baglung Municipality-02, Laligurans Chowk, Baglung Bazar to a new address at Baglung Municipality-03, Halan Chowk, Baglung Bazar. Similarly, the Srijanachowk Branch has been moved from Pokhara Metropolitan City-08, Sabhagriha Chowk to a new location within the same area. Mr. Dipak Kumar De inaugurated the new premises for both branches. These relocations are aimed at improving accessibility and providing modern banking facilities to enhance the customer experience.
Currently, NSBL operates through 100 branches, 22 extension counters, 7 province offices, 19 branchless banking units, 121 ATMs, and a corporate office.
