Kathmandu, February 6, 2024: In a significant move towards enhancing customer welfare, Everest Bank Limited (EBL) and Dhangadhi Netralaya Pvt. Ltd. in Dhangadi, Kailali, have officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today. The MOU aims to provide exclusive healthcare benefits to EBL customers, cardholders, mobile banking users, staff, and their family members.

Under the agreement, Dhangadhi Netralaya, a leading healthcare institution in the region, will extend special discounts to EBL affiliates. This includes a substantial 10% discount on Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD) Diagnostics, Glass & Frame services. Additionally, a 5% discount will be applied to Pharmacy and Surgery Services availed by the aforementioned EBL stakeholders.

The MOU signing ceremony took place at the Everest Bank Limited headquarters and was attended by key representatives from both organizations. Mr. Satish Pratap Singh, Senior Manager of EBL, and Dr. Ravidhar Bhandari, Medical Director of Dhangadhi Netralaya, exchanged the signed documents. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Sudesh Khaling, CEO of EBL, Mr. Gajendra Bahadur Chand, Chairman of Netralaya, and Mr. Ujwal Kumar Pokharel, Provincial Manager-Sudur Pachim Province of EBL.
