1. Jr. Officer/Officer - 2 (BM- Surkhet Road, Nepalgunj & Kohalpur Chowk)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance, Economics, or any stream of Management.
Job Specifications:
* Minimum 5 years banking experience in any NRB licensed BFFs.
* Have performed the job role of Supervisor/Jr. Officer and above.
* Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
* Excellent communication skills (Nepali and English).
* Good negotiation and presentation skills.
* Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
* Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years at the time of filing application.
2. Credit & Marketing-RM (Assistant/Sr. Assistant/Supervisor) - Few
(Surkhet Road - Nepalgunj, Kohalpur, Kathmandu, Dumre, Rambachha-Syangja & other outside valley branches)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any stream of Management.
Job Specifications:
* Minimum 3 years banking experience in any NRB licensed BFFs.
* Have performed the job role of Jr. Assistant/Assistant/Sr. Assistant in Credit Department.
* Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
* Excellent communication skills (Nepali and English).
* Good negotiation and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years end not exceeding 35 years al the Lime of filing an application
3. Junior Assistant - Few
(Surkhet Road - Nepalgunj, Kohalpur, Kathmandu, Dumre, Rambachha-Syangja & other outside valley branches)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline.
Job Specifications:
* Should be a self-starter.
* Good communication skills and ability to delight customers with personalized service.
* Able to adjust and adapt to the new environment.
* Ability to work in minimum supervision.
* Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
